Being Made New

Being Made New

In Greek there are two words for new – one means “not old” and the other means “never before”.  When we’ve been renewed it could happen through various experiences.

It may be something read or been told or maybe what we’ve seen.  The messages to us can be in so many different ways, but they might reveal some great things that enhance our viewpoint and expand what we may understand.

The occurrence of newness can be a breath of fresh air that renews us in ways we’ve not imagined.  Such revelations might open our eyes to a perspective not yet considered.

Generating ideas could stimulate sparks, starting a fire to incredibly burn into our lives and serve future generations too.  The things that build foundations for us can also start somethings for others also.

When we are fed by words or actions that change a part of us the blessings bestowed on all those brought to our paths may be far reaching.  The alterations we accept can also affect those we connect with on our journey.  The renewed us passes on to others what we’ve received.

Walking Each Other Home

Walking Each Other Home

We can reach out to each other as our Support Group and rely on them for encouragement.  We shouldn’t love things and use people.  It is more productive to love people and use things.

Walking with one another we can gain benefits from the relationship.  And ultimately the “walking home” may occur that has so much community building components.

The sharing of ideas, words, answers to questions, deeds helps us grow in so many ways that expands our understanding.  When we are open to possibilities the growth can be phenomenal.

The opportunities to support others is like generously giving caring and kindness.  The act of sharing returns blessings to us in ways we may not have expected.

Loving deeds feeds back on itself and our lives are fulfilled and so enhanced beyond imagining.  Walking with one another builds our bonds of community and ultimately takes us to places that are quite revealing to where we find ourselves.

Inhabit This World

 Inhabit This World

Don’t be Inhibited by it

We are born into this world with a purpose.  We were created to connect with each other and also affect one another.  Our lives are meant to accomplish one or more tasks.

There is so much to do in our lives.  Someone said, “Be who you were created to be and you’ll set the world on fire.”  We could have such positive influences on our environments

There are also many things that will challenge us or be obstacles in the journey we travel.  But if we can get past them our experiences may be more positive and productive.

Living can mean so much greatness by doing the simple things that can be incredible.  Just being part of the world in which we exist contributes in unforeseeable ways.  We don’t get good understanding or appreciation about what we’re going through while experiencing it.  In reflections and discussion we gain better understanding and fuller appreciation about instances that occur.

Being amongst others we can gain through our interactions, and such resources received can benefit our growth.  We are enhanced to be more than we imagine and a bigger picture connects to a so much more perspective.

Love Lavishly

Love Lavishly

When my then fiancĂ© and I prepared for our wedding with the Evenings for the Engaged, we were introduced to the term “Love Lavishly”.  That idea was presented as caring greatly for one another in such a way as to bestow goodness and kindness abundantly.

That can also be shared with others in how we interact and relate with them.  The intensity in our choosing to be there for another can have immense rewards.  It may also shine brightly a light onto others.  I heard that the light may be poured into us so we can be a beacon for others.

The term “Love Lavishly” is a good preparation for a marriage partnership, in which the focus of putting the other person ahead of us is a proper perspective.  It reveals to us and through us many blessings enriching lives in ways that shine brightly.

Such great abundance can be long lasting if only we’ll let it happen.  We could be examples for one another through words and actions showing intense revelations.  The pictures and stories of our lives portray things that can connect people to bigger and better components.

Our imaginations may think some creative ideas that enhance relationships to levels beyond the now and seeing inherent beauty opens up possibilities.  Loving lavishly can bring us to new methods of caring compassionate kindness.
