Lowering Anxiety Temperatures



         On Retreats we did an activity called “Taking a temperature,” to bring up our current situation and how our mindset plays into that.  Reflections as well as discussions help us transition to more helpful points in our lives.

         Feeling the change can be refreshing in ways that raise levels and to move in directions inspiring achievements incredibly.  Healthy moves make such positive adjustments as they brighten our perspectives.

         A writer of a reflection used the term “self-care” as a necessary term and how it can help us with improvements blessing others too.  Getting our temperature to a more normal place gives us the rejuvenation to exceed a doldrum mindset.

         If we could energize ourselves beyond what challenges us then we’re sensing that proceeding toward more joy-filled dimension are appealing.  A way to touch our imagination might lead to places that bring home to many areas of our futures.

         Exploring the situation we’re facing, especially if someone’s ideas are what helps us connect to progress, are helpful steps.  If our pressure levels might be out of whack, that may be dangerous.  Be Calm, Breathe, Share!
