Be IMPACT-ful

         The influence of our actions is immense.  I’ve heard “We cannot do all the good the world needs.  But the world needs all the good we can do.”  So have an impact to a great extent.

         We get inspired by others and we inspire many that cross paths with us in varied ways.  Our words and acts might be just what someone needs to get them through challenging times.

         Edmund Burke said, “No one made a bigger mistake than he who did nothing because he could only do a little.”  So even your attempt to do what you can counts for something.

         Recognize the neediness around us and step in to make changes as much as we can offer.  Over the years I’ve realized, “We are all rich enough to give, something.”  Even if it is simply a smile.

         In a ministry to the homeless I’ve found out that they want to be seen and not just given stuff.  We all want to be valued for who we are, humans.  The impact we have on each other builds us up significantly.  Be affective!
