CAIM – Circle Of Safety

CAIM – Circle Of Safety

At a recent conference the speaker used the phrase “CAIM – Circle Of Safety”, and that stuck with me.  The “Circle of Safety” can also be seen as our Support Group to encourage us to make progress.

Feeling safe in a zone is a calming sensation taking us to unimagined heights that give such soothing sentiments.  CAIM also means sanctuary, a space that people can come to seeking shelter from storms of various kinds as they barrage our lives.

Being amidst friends can be enlightening for our psyche and builds up our attitude with a sense of gratitude.  The inclusion in a safe circle gives a feeling that is so uplifting and brightens perspectives.

A Support Group is beneficial for all participants to boost one another in ways to give such needed encouragement.  We all require connection to be raised by those near to our path.

Having foreign words with meaning may shine into our lives greatly, plus allow us opportunities for sharing blessings.  Our inner circle is tighter than we’ve anticipated with a reach that’s incredible.  Bond, then share!
