There’s More To Say
At
a Mozart concert by Handel and Haydin Orchestra in Boston, at the end there was
a moment of silence. It was broken by a
child saying “Wow.” That became quite a
story, and the Society searched for the child.
Upon finding the child they learned of his special needs and how music is
important to him.
The
man who shared this as part of his reflection that sometimes we miss the wonder
and awe, and moments of “Wow” give us pause into the incredible places that
bring us renewal. Such enthusiasm experienced
can make differences for us and those we impact with words and actions.
The
place I volunteer had a Maya Angelou quote, “Be a rainbow in someone’s cloud.” Our positivity can make another’s life
brighter and their outlook incredible.
