The Power
Of “Yet”
I heard recently:
"The power of ‘YET' ": The person
said "I am an art teacher and when a student says 'I can't do that.', I
respond with 'Not yet, but I'll help you.' " Each of us needs and can be a Support Group, being
there for another in their time of need.
Encouraging someone
is a tremendous accomplishment building up that person’s self esteem to a point
that they are filled. We are there for
someone as they struggle in their circumstances, and battle issues they
contend.
When faced with challenges
we may be mired in a mud-pit that is sticky, devouring our strength and
draining our ability to work our way out.
Having a person beside us, is the needed factor to boost our confidence
to try harder in doing a task vital to ongoing aims.
Fulfilling goals is
being inspired to achieve beyond our comfort zone, into areas in spaces that
can bless each other immensely. Taking
inspiration from a friend builds up the esteem we require to be the best
version of ourselves.
Relying on someone
to help us get to that next step of succeeding and flourishing with tasks builds
community bonds. The “YET” help is
terrific in how we progress into levels far ahead of our imagining. The “not yet” might help us help someone
else.
