Our Purpose-Full Roles

      As Father’s Day (June 15, 2025) is the posting date of this story, Dad’s role of “purposeful” influences are a significant part of this content.  We are important and impactful in ways we raise our children to contribute values and become valuable in each community.

      Beyond purposeful, our presence is also purpose-full, because I now inspire and energize meaning to achieve the best accomplishments they can.  Realizing each of us can recharge each other to be ready to face a problem head on gives a renewed sense.

      I used to ask children what they wanted to be when they grew up.  Now I ask kids “How they want to change the world?”  Empowering them to be in control gives them the possibilities perspective.

      Having two boys who’ve reached the adult phases of their lives I get to witness how influential they are and how their presence is adding value.   It is impressive that leadership can be so prevalent in ways we act and deeds overlooked as significant.

      Living our “regular” lives seems so easy, yet can motivate to quite the extent, maybe beyond our realizing.  Our actions might be simple, but may be seen as vital in other’s lives.  Filled with purpose, we are!
