Something Came Alive In Me

Something Came Alive In Me

Gardening – Digging, getting dirty, planting – can be relaxing in ways, physically, emotionally, spiritually.  A friend I know wrote a book, “Soul Gardening” about replenishing and rejuvenating the parts of us that feed sections of our being.

We can receive encouragement and nourishment in areas to build us upward, being inspiration for others making them better versions of them.  Raising self-esteem for another increases our own feeling of worth, as well as seeing ourselves in a helping role.

Realizing the sense of how we can be ALIVE transfers energy to those brought close by and lifts their spirits beyond any they might have imagined for themselves.  Now they can go forth and be the spark for others and any environments may be enhanced.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is I am connected with others and there is so much more than just me.  Some quotes include “We are walking each other home”, and “We belong to each other.”

So don’t worry about getting immersed in a situation, but be concerned with the blessings bestowed by the experience.  Gifts we receive can bring value in our lives if we unwrap the presents and put them to good use.  Do diligently.
